Ensure your office or desk is setup properly, complete your benefits selections and new hire documents, and secure your corporate travel card.

Request access to key systems
Request access to IIQ, IT ServiceNow, iBUY, and LMS. If you are in Manufacturing, Research & Development, Quality, or Regulatory, you can also request access to Windchill.

Complete your training
Complete your LERN and LMS training and start exploring the Global Training Site.

Align With Your Manager and Get to Know Your Team
Schedule weekly 1:1's with your direct manager and align your objectives. Get to know your team and set up 1:1's with key business contacts.

Learn the Business and Build Connections
Understand the Heart Failure division structure and operations and participate in the monthly Leadership Sessions.

Getting started: Your first 30 days up to your 90th day
Your Learning Journey has been developed to help you progress through the onboarding process in a sequential and methodical fashion. It is broken into your first 30, 60 and 90 days. Ensure that you complete all steps within the process to make the most of your onboarding. Ask your manager for support. Please utilize the Abbott Global Onboarding page for guidance.
